Aim:

Social media including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, are those of what a lot of internet users elicit issues and/or support to solve their problems by receiving and sending information and knowledge on a lot of sites directly and mutually, and thus those are now one of the primal challenging topics for both researchers and practitioners. In the field of Social Informatics, many researchers are trying to study on institutional designs and analyzing information flows.


Paper submission:

The prospective authors should submit the paper on-line through EasyChair (see the conference website http://www.aiecon.org/conference/wcss2012/index.htm on "Paper Submission"). When submitting, please choose "Social Media and Simulation in Social Informatics" as the topic of interest so that it will be separated from other general submissions. The authors are also expected to send an email to the workshop organizer to indicate that they have done so. The paper submission deadline is May 15, 2012, and other schedules are the same as what have been indicated in the conference website.
