Papers describing new techniques and/or novel applications are solicited. All papers must be in Word or PDF format and may not exceed 4 pages of 10-point font, double column, single-spaced text, with figures and tables included. All submissions must be received by January 1, 2005 . Contributed papers will be reviewed by the program committee. The authors will be informed about the decision of the review process by the 15th of March, 2005 . All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A selected number of accepted papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in International Journal Information Sciences and New Mathematics and Natural Computing .
